QUESTION:
How do I change my password?
ANSWER:
- Log on to Webmail.
- Click the Options tab in the left hand menu.
- Under the Password heading, click the Change Password button.
- Enter 'mercyhurst' in the Domain box.
- Enter your username in the Account box.
- Enter your old password.
- Enter your new password twice as specified.
- Click the Ok button.
Note: The new password must follow the guidelines in our network/email password policy.
