What's the difference between Premium and Basic OWA access?

The premium client provides all Webmail features.

The basic client provides fewer features than the premium client but offers faster performance. Use the basic client if you're on a slow connection. Users of the basic client can not access the Rules tab. They also have limited functionality on the Options tab. Learn more.
