QUESTIONS:
Why can't I see the Rules tab in Webmail?
Why am I missing some options on the Options tab in Webmail?
ANSWER:
Users of browsers other than supported versions of Internet Explorer can not use the Premium client. The Basic client used by non-Internet Explorer browsers has limited functionality.
The Rules tab is not available to basic client users. Those users can log on to a Windows computer and use Internet Explorer in order to create rules. The rules will be applied to the e-mail account no matter the browser or operating system of the computer being used to view the e-mail.
While the Options tab is available to basic client users, the Reading Pane, Spelling Options, and E-mail Security settings are not available. These settings can not be applied to other browsers by using Internet Explorer.
