EMAIL FAQ 22: Customized E-mail Signature

QUESTION:
How do I create a customized e-mail signature?
ANSWER:
Outlook:
- Open Outlook
- Under the Tools menu, choose Options. . .
- Click the Mail Format tab on the Options screen.
- Click the Signatures. . . button on the Mail Format tab.
- Click the New. . . button on the Create Signature screen.
- Type a name for the signature in the Enter a name for your new signature: box.
- Click the Next > button.
- Type the text of the signature into the This text will be included in outgoing mail messages: box. Remember to include the confidentiality statement that appears at the bottom of this faq.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the OK button on the Create Signature window.
- Choose the signature that you just created in the Signature for new messages: drop-down box.
- Click the OK button.

Internet Explorer 7.x
- Log on to Webmail.
- Click the Options tab in the left hand menu.
- Under the Messaging Options heading, click the Edit Signature. . . button.
- Type the text of the signature into the box. Remember to include the confidentiality statement that appears at the bottom of this faq.
- Click the Save and Close button.
- Click the box next to Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages.
- Click the Save and Close button at the top of the Options page.
Firefox 2.0x
- Log on to Webmail.
