QUESTIONS:
How do I access Webmail outside of the United States?
ANSWER:
Accessing Webmail from abroad has proven to be a problem for some. There are a number of variables that may contribute to the problem including language differences and network security. If you travel outside of the United States and have difficulties accessing Webmail, use the instructions below:
Note: Do not use the Quicklinks or Shortcuts from lakernet.mercyhurst.edu or www.mercyhurst.edu to get to Webmail.
- Turn off all popup blockers.
- Point your browser to http://webmail.mercyhurst.edu/exchange. Make sure you type this in exactly as shown.
- A login popup should appear. You will need to type "MERCYHURST\" before your username as in the screenshot below.
