Client Requirements
All Mercyhurst owned PC's and Mac's used by employees and faculty meet the hardware requirements of Outlook 2003. The IT Department will upgrade campus system software to Outlook 2003 through the 2006-2007 academic year.

- Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher(IE 6 recommended)

- Windows 2000 or higher

- Entourage (Mac equivalent of Outlook)
- Safari
- Netscape 7.x or higher
Microsoft Exchange supports many browser/operating system configurations. Please use the chart below to see if your computer's configuration is supported. Please note that the Mercyhurst Help Desk only supports those configurations in the "Supported" column of the chart. Exceptions to the "Supported" column are noted below.
