H & S FAQ 3: Accessing your Pay Advice in WebAdvisor

QUESTIONS:

How do I access my Pay Advice (Pay Stub) in WebAdvisor?

ANSWER:

  1. Go to https://webadvisor.mercyhurst.edu.
  2. Click Log In in the upper right menu.
  3. Log in with your WebAdvisor username and password. Your WebAdvisor username and password are the same as your network/e-mail username and password.
  4. Once logged in, click on the Employees menu.
  5. Under the Employee Profile heading, click the Pay Advices link. You will see the current year pay advices.
  6. Click on the link to the current pay date to view the pay advice.

If you are having issues viewing your Pay Advice after resizing the window, please view the Software Tech Note on this issue.

Note: You can view the pay advice in WebAdvisor up to 9 days before the pay date.
